Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was comfy and had a great bathroom. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide array of different dishes. My only gripe is with the room heater/AC, as it was very loud. Without using it the room would have been very cold. All in all, a very positive experience!
Wonderful, helpful staff and a great location but the hotel itself is very tired and worn. Air conditioning wasn't great either which isn't ideal as it was 36+ degrees Celsius! Safe didn't work but the staff kept our valuables in the safe in their office.
Location is fantastic, but this definitely is not a 4 star. We were upgraded to a supreme room which is Best of a 2 star. Rooms are dark, things just breaking off like the bedside socket. The bathroom looked clean but gross when you take a closer look. The hot water was a bit of an issue along with the shower cubicle and the pressure. The room cleaner wasn't any good, she kept forgetting to top up on the tea and accessories.
