Credit cards accepted. Strange configuration of beds. Requested one large bed but got two singles joined together. Problem with that: the bedside tables too far away from the bed. Also no soap near the hand basin is a problem because only soap is a wall dispenser in the shower. The TV is extremely difficult to select a preferred channel. We gave up on it.
The Breakfast was so delicious and had a great variety of options. They have green juice too that i really like. The staff (Mba Vivien) were incredibly nice and helpful. The room so spacious, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you go to Semarang.
Stayed here recently and was satisfied with my visit. The staff was polite and friendly and the rooms were laid out nicely. Though I feel the price to amenities value was not proportional. The breakfast layout was awkward. Some food was inside, some food was outside, so you have to open and close doors while you have a plate of food in your hand. The cereal dispenser should definitely be changed. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience
