Avoid this place, just go for any other alternative! This place is so bad it is absurd. This place is barely a hotel, literally everything is wrong here. I have been to many seedy and weird hotels but this one was the worst, it advertises itself as a four star hotel but I'd say its a 2 star at best, maybe if you squint. What is even worse is this place is specifically designed to fleece tour-goers. Since this hotel is probably extremely cheap for the tour firms. No air conditioning in rooms, just a dingy fan. There were suspicious stains on the walls of our rooms. Shoeprints, stains, scrawls… The toilet and the bath are in two seperate rooms for some unholy reason. The TV is just a monitor. It is not even a TV. There was some suspicious electrical work. See the photo. The carpet in our room was absolutly filthy, as if it has never been cleaned. I was on the fourth floor and wifi barely worked. The fridge in the room or the ‘mini-bar’ if you can call it that was empty and warm. There are not enough seats for breakfast Did I mention no air conditioning in the rooms? Because there is none. If you are looking to come here for tourism or a vacation, avoid if you can. This place is the worst of the worst.

Terrible hotel! One room has a 100 square meters and one room has actually 5 rooms!🤦‍♂️No enough chairs at the breakfast! Waitress is very rude, churlish and wild! It's recommended to avoid this hotel in any case!

One of the most inconvenient experiences I've ever had in a hotel. At reception, the staff didn't know how to communicate well in English and when checking in I heard something like: "ah, are you the girl with the dogs? We heard about you". I believe the lady at the reception took 20 minutes to check me in. The room was not soundproofed and this really irritated one of my dogs, because we could hear everything from the street and also from the other rooms. I had to cover the bathroom floor and sleep there. In the morning, when I went to reception I was once again greeted with hostility. Breakfast had few vegetarian options. I sent an email with the complaints, but the most I heard was that it had been forwarded (in a message from the staff with writing errors). If you have dogs, I don't recommend it. Furthermore, if you are a native English speaker and a vegetarian, you may have problems. The place is extremely far from the center of Prague. Impossible to recommend something like that.
