we come here every year for our annual girls trip - we love how warm kind and welcoming the staff and owner Marek are! They treat you like family and try to make the stay very special every year ! Moreover the food is amazing - we always get all inklusive - it’s worth the money ! the facility is very small and makes it very private , also lots of cute older fashion design and interiors - makes this wellness hotel unique and very special ! the wellness offering is great and we enjoy it every year - massage / facial - great service and stay

Nad Wodospadem is a total chill spot! The food is crazy good—like a flavor party in your mouth. The saunas are next-level cozy, setting the vibe just right. And the crew there? Super friendly and on point. It's basically the ultimate hangout for anyone down for good eats and serious relaxation.

Update from 2023 (after four annual stays at this hotel): best place in the world. Quality is only raising, staff is getting more friendly, food is getting more delicious. Old review (2018) My friend and I have chosen this place for a weekend SPA gateway. I highly recommend this place and if I ever come back to Karkonosze, I'll come back here. 1. The residence is small. It has just 9 rooms. It's not noisy, not rushed, not crowdy. 2. The food is excellent. I recommend you all inclusive option with breakfasts, lunches and dinners. 3. Rooms are very comfortable will all amenities you may need, towels, ropes, fridge, mini bar, TV, hair dryer etc. In the common areas there is lots of terraces, bilard table and books. 4. The staff is Amazing. Welcoming, smiley, open, remembers you by name and asks for your hikes when you come back. 5. Spa is a bigy. I enjoyed my facial treatments, full body massage, jacuzzi and saunas. Pool could be bigger but it's alright. 6. Location in close proximity to a lot of hiking trials. 7. Super talented bar tender that made us delicious cocktails :) I highly recommend that place. Loved it!
