Lovely hotel. For a small family it’s perfect. Though we are two old retired Nomads we enjoyed watching families have fun and enjoy themselves. The breakfast was truly worth the stay. The Buffett was vast in assortment n had a live cooking station. It’s a bit off the main square but the town so lively and fun . Many places to settle in and people watch. City very clean , well policed and relaxing . Ideal place for getting off the busy treadmill of life .

I have never, ever stayed in a place as hectic as this. The wellness and sauna section is completely unusable since there are hundreds of children running around. HUNDREDS. And one lifeguard. They are the only person in the entire area. There are women in the men's changing room. Little girls in the men's changing room. The sauna section is 18+ however there are even children up there - yet there are signs stating no clothing. The hotel is telling you not to wear clothes in an area where there are minor children present . Absolutely inexcusable the hotel allows this to happen. it's summer and children are to be expected...but this is a hotel for families only.

Really disappointing experience. We have visited the place a few years ago and hoped for a quality of experience. Unfortunately, the room was “upgraded” from the “mountain view” to no view. Staff wasn’t able to hear us out, and tried to convince us that in the previous room there is no AC, but in our there was one. We didn’t care about the AC, we wanted the mountain view for what we were paying for at the first place. Staff offered us a mountain view for an additional 400 EUR. Quite outrageous. The place used to be well managed and staff was well trained and polite, but looks like they are going for quantity over quality now. To add, the AC room had malfunctioning AC anyway and no sound proof isolation. Will avoid the Nosalowy from now on.
