Rezydencja NOVA na Gubałówce

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend in hopes to relax and enjoy some time in the mountains. The mountains were indeed beautiful and we were always surrounded by beautiful landscapes. On the other hand, it was so cold in our room that I even caught a cold. The thermostat never reached the set temperature and we felt a cold draft all the time. Somehow the water was always lukewarm and I couldn’t have a hot steamy shower as I expected. Nevertheless, the spa was small and kids were allowed in, which were noisy and took up a lot of space. I guess it is a family friendly hotel but I recommend going to the wellness in the evening. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable, the food was amazing and the staff were friendly. Parking was also available right next to the hotel.

Was really disappointed with this hotel. Photo is nice , but is not really true. We booked 3 nights, 2 level apartments for 3 adults. When you booking accommodation there is 2 photo of the room, (one corner of the room) so not really understand what is going to be look like . We been really sad when walk in . Room is really tiny and massive sairs on the middle of room . I been hit my head several times to the stairs . So not feel comfortable at all. There is litle kitchen side in the room , but not have any cutlery or plates, only kettle and 3 cups. There is 2 little sofa bed, very uncomfortable, pillows so flat , looks like a towel . And when we booked its said room with nice mountain view, but it wasn't. There is nice view somewhere behind our cottage. There is nice spa , but unfortunately we not be able to try . We went to the pool 2 times and it was full of with kids , even it was around 21.30 . My opinion owner should leve at list 2 hours at evening for adults. So we not have chance even enjoyed the spa . And last negative about, you have to pay for a parking , but there is not enough parking space. So I spend a 40 min seating in the car , waiting for available space, and in the end I have to block someone car , and leave a notice on the reception desk. Positive things about , there very nice breakfast wth many choices. And location is also good . So it located very close to all activities and bars , so you no need really travel no where . I thought I have to write this message to warning people what to expect there .

This is not a hotel, it doesn't follow any standards and the number of issues we had since arrival is appaling! They don't clean your room, staff are rude (being told to clean up after ourselves) and don't follow up on any requests you raise. Avoid, go somewhere else. The only positive thing I can say is that breakfasts are tasty
