I asked for a coffee at the bar and it came with floating stuff, so I ordered another one, they gave me a paper cup... place need to be updated all furniture are from the 90
Completely different from the photos, the bathroom is full of cockroaches and other insects, the staff and chefs weren't very kind, and the food is pretty good. The pool has been closed for almost 3 years. We had an emergency but there were no hospitals. There are a lot of pizzerias nearby. However it shouldn't be a 4 star hotel.
The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Moreover, the building is old and run-down, nothing like the photos posted here. Breakfast only consisted of croissants, bread, and some supermarket juice, so I strongly recommend that anyone planning to stay should only pay for the nights in the room without opting for full board. Another thing about breakfast is the coffee machine, which was slightly broken and only made watered-down coffee. The Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, which is very different from the photos, the elevators have some broken buttons, and the prices are excessively, excessively, and once again excessively high—almost ridiculous compared to what you see once you're there. I don't want to be mean; I'm just reporting what I experienced. The only positive aspect is the staff, who are very kind and helpful.
