Rhinefield House Hotel

We stayed here for the weekend for our 30th wedding anniversary. A card, cookies, balloon and banner were left in our room on arrival. From the moment we arrived, the staff were polite, efficient, well informed and nothing was too much trouble. My wife enjoyed her spa session, whilst I was happy to wander and explore the vast but well kept grounds and the paths nearby. The facilities in the room were excellent and in the hotel in general. Plenty of seating both inside and out, pools and water features aplenty. A variety to both eat and drink throughout the day, but the breakfast menu in particular was very varied. As for the location, it could not be any better. In the heart of the New Forest, the peace and quiet were a delight, but we were close enough to amenities where required with Brockenhurst 10 minutes by car. A special weekend in every way and we would like to thank the staff and management for helping us make magic memories.

They were incredibly helpful and thoughtful, doing everything they could to help us find the best possible way to accommodate my family. That care and dedication truly reflected in every part of our stay. When we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and enthusiasm — it made us feel so special right from the beginning. The room was absolutely perfect. I had mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us with the sweetest card and a balloon with heartfelt wishes. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. Every single member of staff we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal felt like a treat. And the setting… what can I say? The grounds are breathtaking, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. It truly felt like we were living inside a fairytale castle. The room was spotless, the hotel was peaceful and elegant, and the entire experience was flawless. We made beautiful memories during our stay and we are already dreaming of coming back every year. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the entire team and to Rhinefield House Hotel. Delicious mid day meal in the conservatory. Lovely place. My elderly guest didn’t like the greens that came with her piece of duck. She said the greens were not cooked properly. Perhaps you should ask diners if they want vegetables cooked until they are soft.
