RHM Luxury Hotel And Suite

Long story short, we were eager to leave this poorly maintained property. Like many hotels, its actual condition doesn't match the expectations set by its promotional materials, leading to disappointment regardless of the price. The swimming pool is severely neglected and rapidly deteriorating. Although the junior suite is spacious, it is also in poor condition. This property has undergone multiple name changes over the years, but no substantial updates have been made. It is located in a strictly residential, working-class neighborhood with limited dining options for foreigners—something to keep in mind.

Do not book this hotel. The images do NOT match the hotel as this hotel has been abandoned! There is no rooftop bar with a BBQ area and the there is no restaurant. The pool area has had no maintenance and the tiles of the pool are broken all over and l caving in which is dangerous. The staff are so rude and don’t give a shit about anything. When we arrived to the room it smelt so bad and there was dust everywhere like no has cleaned the room and the sheets had stains on them. This hotel should not be opened to the public

Initially booked for a long stay, ended up actually staying for 30 minutes while I looked for a new hotel. Not as pictured. Not worth the price. Flooded with fake reviews on Agoda. Staff was understanding and said they’d refund the other nights, still haven’t heard back from them.
