We stayed recently in this resort and it gave an amazing experience . It has a beautiful vibe and ambience and we went in rainy season which was cherry on the top. The staffs were very friendly and the buffet bf and dinner was delicious with lots of varieties to choose 😋. We lost our swimwear which was left on the balcony and as soon as we informed the staff they passed the message and we got it back by evening. I would surely recommend this hotel.

The ambience and location are amazing although the rooms need a bit more improvement and maintenance. Overall It's very family friendly and service is also good. The food at the restaurant is good but pricey. I must commend the service which was outstanding. The buffet was plentiful and amazing. All the staff members were prompt and very cooperative, I would like to thank all of them, especially Ashna who was so warm and friendly. Plus all the housekeeping staff. All of them made our stay enjoyable for a cozy monsoon holiday with family.

We had been planning a staycation at Rhythm Kumarakom for a while, and finally got the chance to experience it. We arrived at the property around 7 PM and were welcomed with a refreshing drink. The check-in process was okay. We had booked their pool cottage, which offers direct access to the pool and is also pool-facing. The property also has regular rooms and plunge pool cottages. Unfortunately, there were no staff to assist with our luggage, which was quite disappointing for a resort of this standard. The pathway to the cottages was beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, and the overall property is definitely picturesque, perfect for photos with scenic backdrops. However, once we entered our cottage, we noticed that the AC wasn’t working properly, and there’s no centralized air conditioning. For a room that costs around ₹12,000 per night, this was a major letdown. When we looked at the plunge pool cottages, we found that they offer no privacy at all, it’s very open, and anyone passing by can easily see inside. That was quite surprising for a premium category room. In terms of amenities, the only highlight of the resort is the Pool. Food: 2/5 Customer Service: 2/5 Overall, a visually appealing property with great photo spots and pool, but the actual experience fell short, especially for the price paid.
