We recently visited Rhythm at lonavala for our company outing, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a serene and picturesque location, the resort provided the perfect setting for both relaxation and team bonding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, clean and comfortable rooms, and a range of facilities that cater to both leisure and corporate needs. What truly made our stay memorable were the team-building activities thoughtfully organized by the resort staff. From fun, challenges games to engaging group exercises, every activity was well-planned and encouraged collaboration, trust, and laughter among colleagues. The facilitators were energetic, professional, and ensured everyone felt included.

We stayed at Hotel Rhythm, Lonavala, and while it started with promise, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to major issues in service, cleanliness, and food quality. ⸻ 👍 What we initially liked: • A complimentary room upgrade was offered to us as newlyweds, which was a thoughtful gesture. • The food initially seemed good — but we later realized the quality was inconsistent. ⸻ 👎 What went wrong: • Room service is painfully slow. Even simple requests like a spoon or stirrer took 20+ minutes and repeated calls. • Cleanliness was poor. Worn slippers from the previous guest were still in the room. Our balcony had cigarette butts and a box — clearly not cleaned before we arrived. • No ashtrays in the balcony or room, leading to spillage and poor hygiene. • Missing basics like plates, spoons, or even welcome touches such as fruits or chocolates in the room. • The cake served to us for our “happy married life” was bitter — we were told it was a cheesecake that was “already delivered,” but we never received anything. • The food quality deteriorated — no salt in dishes. How can you serve food without or with barely any salt? Extremely disappointing for a hotel of this level. • Food was often not served hot, especially during Lunch buffet. ⸻ 🛠 Suggestions: • Fix room service delays urgently — guests shouldn’t have to chase for basic items. • Improve housekeeping standards — no guest should walk into a half-cleaned room. • Provide standard in-room amenities and proper welcome gestures. • Always confirm food buffet and check for quality before serving — especially for special occasions. • Ensure food is properly seasoned and served hot. ⸻ This hotel could offer a much better experience with proper management and attention to detail — unfortunately, our stay was filled with repeated letdowns.
