Ria Suites Boutique Hotel

Thank you Ria Suites for a wonderful experience for me and my family. Staff were friendly, helpful and went above the call of duty to make our stay a memorable one. Rooms were clean. The hotel is located in an ideal spot, walking distance to all the main sites in Istanbul and literally thousands of services and shops all around you. Turkey itself is a beautiful country with wonderful people. Friendly, safe and the diversity is mind-blowing.

The hotel is located on a very busy street, which is great if you like being close to everything — shops, restaurants, and public transport are right outside. However, the noise level can be a bit much, especially at night. The room was clean and had the basics I needed, but the walls are incredibly thin. I could hear conversations and TVs from neighboring rooms, which made it hard to fully relax or sleep peacefully. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay if you’re not too sensitive to noise and want to be in the middle of the action. But if you’re looking for peace and quiet, you might want to look elsewhere.

Me and my family were very disappointed when we arrived at this hotel last week for our 7 night stay. This hotel was booked for us through an agent as a 4 star hotel and to be honest It’s not even worth 1 star hotel. The hotel rooms look clean on photos but completely different when you look in person. Very small room and didn’t feel comfortable having a bath in the bathroom as it was too small and dirty. There was no cleaning done in the 7 nights, couldn’t sleep all night due to noise from outside and from next door rooms. And could smell smoke. I will not be coming back to this hotel again. Very disappointed. Breakfast was very limited and not a lot of choice available. The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on, pillows were torn from inside when I changed the pillow sheets. Stay away from this hotel.
