Riad Helen Hotel

We had a wonderful time. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe as two female travellers, and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, even helping us with printing our boarding passes. The breakfast was delicious, plus there was low noise, good air conditioning/heater in the room, and the included toiletries in the bathroom smelt lovely. 10/10, would recommend.

Our family of 3 had a fantastic 5 night stay at Riad Helen. We appreciated the transport service to and from the Riad as well as the ease of requesting any other transport needs. Our room on the top floor offered the right amount of space, privacy, views and housekeeping did a great job during our stay. The Riad is very well located away from the bustle of the main street yet only a minute or two walk from it down a pleasant path. We only had the complimentary breakfast on a few of the days as we don’t eat much in the morning but it should satisfy most who appreciate a full breakfast. Interactions with owners/managers were prompt, polite and efficient.

My sister and I stayed at Riad Helen for two nights. I wish we could have stayed forever! The service was amazing. Shout out to the wonderful ladies at breakfast, and the young guy running the operation! He was superb. He sat us down, gave us a map, and circled all of the places we should visit. We paid and checked out, allowed us to sit by the pool until we had to leave and even brought us some complimentary cucumber sodas. PLEASE STAY HERE! It’s just perfect. We’ll most definitely be back.
