Overall it was very good, I would like just to note a couple of things: first of all, the bathroom was very old and there were some cockroaches which it should be unacceptable. The room was full of little ants also which didn’t bother us much but it could to other people. The pool was very very nice, the Riad is beautiful, sadly, is very noisy, and one night at about 00.30 the manager was talking to a customer very loudly waking us up, which should also be unacceptable. The breakfast was very good, sadly full of bees that made it almost impossible to eat peacefully. The take away breakfast could have been better and on time (they told us it would be ready at 7am, it wasn’t). The service was good and the staff also was very nice to us and helpful. Overall I would recommend this riad if you don’t mind the room.

I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel and feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we arrived, the experience was awful. There were rats scratching in the walls, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. On top of that, there were cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. The room was extremely small and cramped, making it uncomfortable and not at all what was advertised. To make matters worse, a staff member named Isma was rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. She gave us false information multiple times, from check-in until we left, and made the entire experience more stressful. The only positive part of the stay was the kitchen and cleaning staff, who were genuinely friendly and kind. They did their best despite the poor overall conditions of the hotel. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. The conditions are unhygienic, the rooms are tiny, and the front desk staff member was unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Our stay at this hotel ended just as badly as it began. We were told that water and tea were complimentary, but at checkout, we were suddenly charged for them. When we explained that we were told they were free, the staff refused to listen and insisted we pay. What made it worse was that this happened as we were leaving for the airport, with our driver waiting outside. We were delayed for a long time, arguing over unfair charges, and we nearly missed our flight because of it. It felt like we were being taken advantage of on our way out. This kind of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Be very cautious — they mislead guests and then force payment under pressure.
