I had Hammam and massage with the absolutely lovely Bouchna. It was really excellent and great value for money. Felt ten years younger afterwards ! I’d definitely recciment it and go back next time in Marrakesh.

Me and my boyfriend found this little Hammam and loved it! Bouchra (ask for her) was excellent with the massage and super friendly. We felt super relaxed and clean! ☺️

I visited SPA OMARA ALKASBAH with my family (5 people) for a one-hour hammam, paying 250 DH per person, but the experience was extremely disappointing. They crammed all five of us into a small room, with only two women handling all the treatments. They rushed through each of us in less than 10 minutes, while the rest had to wait in the cold. In the end, we were out in less than 40 minutes, completely dry and dressed—far from the one-hour experience we paid for. To make things worse, the two women kept laughing at us and making noises to mock us, which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. When we complained, as the price list clearly stated something different, they refused to offer any refund or even acknowledge their mistake. The staff was incompetent and rude. I strongly do not recommend this place. Avoid it if you’re looking for a real hammam experience!
