Riande Aeropuerto Hotel & Casino

Great location if you need to be very close to the airport. Pool and outdoor area are pretty nice. Food is decent, room service on point. Most of the employees are great. Rooms are ok, nothing special. Laundry room is jacked up, they vent the dryer directly back into the small enclosed laundry room creating an incredibly humid and impossible environment to dry clothes. If you can prop the door open, the dryer works much better but you have to figure that out on your own.

I like the Riande Aeropuerto because it is convenient. The people are fantastic and they try to accommodate any request. Also, it is inexpensive to park there long term ($10/day) compared to $24/day at terminal 2. My objection is the layout of the building. It seems like most of the times I've stayed there they've given me a room that is on the other side of the City. Nobody wants to drag heavy luggage that far. Thankfully the staff are helpful in that respect and there always has been a bellboy available to carry my things to my room. And when I leave I can call for assistance then, too. But it would be nice if the building was vertical instead of horizontal. Another criticism is that the facilities are aging and upkeep is lagging a little. Having said that, everything works. It's just not always pretty.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice with the convenience of the location being so close to the airport. Shuttle service was nice and convenient. As far as the staff the front desk receptionist extremely rude. We got better service at McDonald’s than this hotel. By reading other reviews obviously this issue of rude staff members has not been addressed. My family has been staying at this place for the past 12 years. Rooms are very basic although they have so much potential to be better. Our room didn’t have a mini fridge or coffee machine both stays. The showers both times did not drain properly so that issue hasn’t been addressed either. I requested more towels and got the 5th degree and questioned and treating poorly. I will not book here again. Beautiful pool area but jacuzzi was iced cold. Our phone wasn’t working and never got fixed so I had to take 5 trips to the front desk and our room was not close. Restaurant food was good and breakfast was good as well.
