Nice hotel. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The bathroom was functional with clean towels, soap, etc. Wi-fi was slow in my room but worked. TV had local channels. My room overlooked the main road so noisy in the morning. Breakfast was fine. Check-in was easy. Staff were helpful.
Hotel was fairly noisy wherever you are in it, as the walls and doors are very thin. Staff excellent and extremely attentive. Rooms are basic and serviceable. I stayed in 3 different ones, in 2 of them the BBC air cons had results making causing them to make a loud buzzing sound (even when off).
Room tight with a pillar that became a trip hazard so tight with bed. No space. TV and wifi work. Room no hot water but they fixed. Bathroom clean and Room. Place to hang clothes and desk. But small,tight. Staff arrogant, and disinterested in helping English speaking traveller. I have been travelling for 3 months in 2,3 star hotels and had better service and treatment from them. These people clearly don't like foreigners who can't speak their language. I try with broken sentences. I'm retired and admit no matter how hard I try my language skills bad but I'm not rude! They were clearly happy to talk to native speakers. Bad experience there I DONT recommend unless good spanish then they will put up with you. Breakfast no menu even in spanish when I told the lady my spanish little she just stared at me and kept speaking in rapid spanish. I used Google translate but that didn't change her attitude. I got breakfast but not what I could see others were getting. It was included in booking. Bad experience for four days. I had been looking forward to a better class didn't happen. Andy was their saving grace. Receptionist who was great, friendly and helpful to me. Without her the would have been 1 star all the way.
