RICH Boutique Hotel

This small boutique hotel is located in the heart of Vinnytsia, right next to Europaplatz. A beautiful place. The atmosphere is modern and stylish. Everything is freshly renovated. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is large and functional. The staff friendly and accommodating. You will find a solution for every wish. We had a wonderful night there. There is also a parking space for the car!

Where to start... Firstly, I booked 3 weeks in advance and immediately warned that I would be with a dog, to which they answered me well and that’s it, but they didn’t warn me that I had to pay extra for the dog. And when we were checking in, the woman looked at us like that and said: Are you going to wake up with him? I answer of course, I warned you, especially since the booking stated that pets are allowed To which she tells me: I’ll have to pay extra, I say ok The room is very beautiful, spacious and in such a convenient location and not cheap for a second... But for some reason there was no hot water in the room, there wasn’t even warm water, I understand that it’s summer, but it’s possible to get sick But the biggest disappointment is the air conditioning. It’s +36 outside and it’s barely blowing, it seems like it needed to be cleaned and filled with freon, and I’m more than sure that the administration knows about this!!!! I go down and talk about the problem with the air conditioner, the woman comes up, we look and says now it will gain momentum and will cool well We waited for an hour and 40 minutes, the room became unbearably stuffy, we went down to her again, she tried to call someone to come and look at the air conditioner, but the person couldn’t The administrator couldn’t even offer anything, we ourselves must look for a way out of the situation We consulted with my husband and decided to move out, it was very difficult to find another hotel since we were with a dog We go down again and talk about this to the administrator of this What surprised me most was that she didn’t even raise me once and didn’t ask what was wrong with the air conditioner, that is, we were running around trying to solve something. By the way. The air conditioning in the restaurant doesn't work either. I don't recommend it!!!
