Richico Apartments And Hotel

Very nice kind and helpful staff. Very good for the price including breakfast. Housekeeping cleans the room everyday. Location is very good as well. A lot of restaurant, cafes and bakeries around. There is even a bar very close to the hotel. Very convenient to move around. I stayed in the studio apartment. Has small kitchen, table, fridge. Very comfortable room.

Rooms, are spacious and comfortable (we had a 2-bedroom), and the property has a great location - (1block to ocean, and tons of shops and restaurants right out the door.) The rooftop pool is small but lovely and offers a brilliant view. It’s the staff that really makes this property stand out. They were all very friendly, quick with smiles, and very helpful.

Booking an apartment two beds two baths. Good beds, linen is just ok, one of the pillows is smells so I requested to change and they are very helpful to replace another one. Bathroom is a little small. Room, baths, and floor are cleaned. Silverware looks old and not very clean and they don’t have cookware, knives, if you plan to cook. The services are good and friendly. Breakfast is just ok (not my taste but it’s not very bad).. They don’t have a lot of selections, foods are almost the same everyday. Vi (at the breakfast help desk) is very helpful and friendly! The hotel location is very convenient with a short, fun walking distance to the beach, restaurants, markets, coffee. More likely we will come back!
