I stayed at this beautiful hotel for more than a week and felt comfortable every single day. Not only the reception team but the entire staff were kind and efficient. The hotel is in a great location, very well connected, and there’s plenty to see and do nearby. I highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are amazing, the views are incredible, and the staff are truly professional.

We stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel is well located, literally few steps from the Senso-Ji temple, and also a great view to it together with the TV tower. There was a small problem upon check-in but it was solved swiftly. They provide many amenities in the lobby also some complimentary welcome drink in the restaurant. There are water dispensers at every corridor, so you can fill up your bottle. The room is small, but in Japan it's considered spacious. Super well equipped, comfortable bed, spotless cleaning. Breakfast has an extensive selection (with a great view), quality was fine, I really liked the fresh grapefruit juice from the fruit itself. Overall it was a great experience!

This is the perfect location to stay with shops, markets, restaurants, and street food right outside. You could spend a whole week here and not have enough time to try everything within a 5 min walk. The subway is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms are clean and modern looking, have a great view of the city, have breakfast available for purchase, and a currency exchange next to the check out kiosks. There is self-service laundry on a few floors, water despensers, and vending machines. Outdoor garden is nice while you are waiting, and there is plenty of sitting space in the waiting area by the front desk. Staff are very kind and helpful. We forgot money in the room safe and only remembered an hour later, while on the bullet train heading out for Tokyo, we called the hotel. They were able to locate and store our money until we returned to Tokyo a week later. Thank you!
