TL:DR An excellent place to stay that's clean, comfortable, and literally just across Exit B3 or A1 of Oshiage station. Downside is that there are no fitness facilities if that's important to you. Buffet breakfast is also very good, and the voucher can be used for in-room dining which is also provided by Sizzler. I stayed here for work and chose it due to it's location near a train station that has direct access to Haneda Airport and where I needed to be for work. The 2 nearby exits both have lift access so luggage is not an issue. There's Life supermarket (2.storeys) just below and Nitori if you're into home furnishings (think posh IKEA; quick thawing chopping board anyone?), and with Tokyo Solamani next door, you have a full range of shopping options including Uniqlo and Loft which are my trip essentials. The room itself is well designed, efficient and comfortable. It was generally well cleaned but I noticed some stains that remained there throughout the week I was there. They provide a dehumidifier which was great as my skin became quite dry. Everything in my room was comfortable. Perhaps my only complaint is that all your bathroom essentials have to be obtained from the lobby which is troublesome when you realise you've run out of something. Another bug bear is that they don't replenish your coffee in the room and I had to constantly request for these. Once when I asked, I was told to get it myself from the lobby. Last, they have a rigid cleaning policy to clean every 3rd day, which may not make sense if you have had the room cleaned the day before. Another facility I appreciated was the working space which allowed me a change of environment when I needed to get some work done but didn't feel like doing so in my room. Do note however that there are no fitness facilities, but I would suggest a jog towards the Sumida river instead. There are vending machines and laundry facilities on 2 levels and the restaurant is run by Sizzler. The buffet breakfast was really good but it's the same stuff everyday which wasn't really an issue given the variety. The breakfast ticket can also be used for in-room dining which I used twice, up to 2500 yen (anything higher you'll have to top up). Both meals came with soup, their famed parmesan bread and were delicious! Otherwise, this is a great hotel that has many positives and I would highly recommend it!

I stayed at Richmond Tokyo Schole Premier Hotel and really liked how close it was to the Tokyo Skytree. The location is super handy — there’s a train station, bus stop, and a few supermarkets right under the hotel, so getting around or picking up things is really easy. The free breakfast was better than I expected. They had a nice mix of food, including fresh salads, which was a good touch. On the downside, the rooms felt a bit small, especially if you have big luggage. Also, the free water bottle they give is pretty tiny — either 250 or 400 ml, which isn’t much. One thing that was a bit annoying was that you have to turn on the air conditioner every time you enter the room — it doesn’t stay on by itself. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, especially if you want to be near the Skytree and public transport. Just a few small things they could improve.

Excellent service by the amazing staff, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for my family. Don't be discouraged by it not being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of popular neighborhoods. It is right next to a fantastic huge mall at the Sky Tree and a high end store next door. The breakfast at Sizzler has lots of options, is fresh, and clean, and also great service. I can't think of a single thing I could complain about!
