The hotel is quite old. Its rustic feature is what it separates it from modern hotels. It has a designated smoking area inside the hotel which is a bonus since Pasig City has a strict No Smoking Policy. It's service is top notch, as the staff provides sufficient information for the clients to have an informed decision regarding their booking
Cons: Rooms are outdated. Pool area seems worn down. Room assigned to us not cold enough (but we were transferred to another room which is better). Hot water in shower and faucet is BOILING HOT, be careful. Service at the cafe is too long. PROS: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT! Warm pool water is nice. Food at the resto is good with huge servings.
4 days checked-in for a business trip. Hotel is walking distance from megamall and other establishments. Hotel room was wide, clean and spacious with complimentary bottled water and toiletries. Only 2 sockets in the room were working, which made it difficult to charge our gadgets. They only provided 1 bath robe per room. They charge 60 pesos for additional robes. Very strict hotel policies such as dress code for breakfast buffet (no sleepwear allowed) and number of persons per room. They require all names of guests checked in the room. Indoor heated pool was under maintenance during our stay. Breakfast buffet was 980 pesos per head with limited choices.
