Richter Hotel a Member of Design Hotels

I had a delightful experience at Richter in Moscow. The warm and friendly service stood out, especially when our waiter made our wait enjoyable with a welcoming demeanor. We were there on Monday 25 September, the kitchen was closed on cleaning, but the service was really good. The waiter-manager from the city near the Black Sea was very friendly and kind, we had a cup of coffee/tea and we enjoyed calm atmosphere and beautiful interior. The coffee was exceptional, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. The calm ambiance and engaging small talk created a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. Richter's attention to service and details truly made our visit special. Highly recommended!

Could be the best place in Moscow, but no. Weird and arrogant attitude towards clients, overpriced menu, but if you don't mind it much you can enjoy the mag-wall room with a selection of magazines like i-D, Flaunt, Pop etc., and the Aviation cocktail at the bar which was really great. Also, the smell inside the building was amazing.

Came with a friend for breakfast in celebration of Christmas Eve. The place itself is stunning, however, the staff feels very unwelcoming: no greetings, had to figure things out on our own, rather than being served, and overall felt uncomfortable. The food was great, would have been interested to stay for drinks but once again the atmosphere ruined the experience for my friend and I, so we left early.
