Starting from reciption desk personnels exceptionally Mr senol and aydin are great help across the board. Also people in restaurants and cleaners all great professionals lovely attitude and helpful. Hotel location and views and rooms and interior design are greatly providing comfort and pleasant environments
The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are excellent, and the service is outstanding. The restaurant, however, needs improvement—it doesn’t match the hotel’s level. The staff are amazing, and the best part was opening the balcony and enjoying the view of the dolphins.
When we come to Trabzon we don't stay anywhere else directly we drive to Rize to stay at this hotel, one of the best hotel in trbazon and Rize . All staff amazing 👏 welcoming guests and very very clean with top service 👌 highly recommended 👌outstanding service . Well done Recosta Team 👏
