Centrally located, Riflessi Acireale offers a superb experience. Clean and new, with top-notch hospitality. Rina, the owner, is friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist you with any needs or inquiries you may have during your stay. Her professional, warm and helpful nature truly enhances the overall experience. Comfort is a plus at this B&B. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail; they are cozy and relaxing. Wonderful breakfast at the terrace, with sweet (granita and briosce! a must in Acireale) and savoury super fresh treats. Thank you for a memorable stay in fascinating Acireale.
Beautiful brand new renovated rooms. Good service and good breakfast. I'd recommend it!!!
Unfair and non-transparent pricing approach. I wanted to book family suit on Hotels.com. I found an option that suited my budget, and the description stated that the desk operates 24/7. However, just to be sure, I decided to make a call before final payment to Hotels.com to confirm if there would be any issues with a late check-in, as I was planning to arrive around midnight. The apartment owner confirmed that there is not a problem and that I could check-in at that time. Simultaneously, she removed the apartments from Hotels.com and quoted me a price of €180, which was €50 higher than the price on Hotels.com. When I asked why she had removed the apartments, her response was, "I booked them for you and added a surplus for late check-in." Naturally, I declined the offer and booked another hotel. However, I was left with the impression of being deceived as a customer. Therefore, the information on Hotels.com is misleading, and I suspect it’s not just about the reception hours. I do not recommend dealing with such non-transparent services.
