Rigel Hotel

Amazing service and care — highly recommended! I had an unexpected accident during my trip and broke my foot, which made it extremely difficult to move around. The hotel staff went above and beyond to support me during this challenging time. They kindly provided a wheelchair and were always ready to assist with anything I needed — from getting around the hotel to helping me feel comfortable and safe. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference in my stay. I’m truly grateful for their support and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort, but also heartfelt hospitality. Thank you so much to the entire team — you made me feel taken care of when I needed it most! ❤️

I liked this hotel very much, they have a big room and great breakfast! Agoda give a bad score on my review for hotel Rigel, I don't agree! I give hotel Rigel a score 8,5

I felt the hotel was a bit too dated. There are newer options, nearby, for just a fraction more. The air con struggled to cool the room, which turned out to be a bonus, for me, as my girlfriend had to sleep naked to deal with the rooms warmth. The breakfast buffet was ample and delicious. However, the options I chose were just not kept hot enough in their serving trays. They were well prepared and rich with flavor though. There is no parking lot, so scooters and cars must park outside on the sidewalk . The real strength of this place lies in the staff. They were wonderful!
