Great staff, all spoke English, very helpful. Good location, walking distance from the main atractions. Rooms very clean and spacious. Amazing breakfast.

The hotel's location is fantastic. We explored Alaçatı's attractions in the evenings without leaving our car, without worrying about driving. We ate, drank, and had a great time, without worrying about parking or how many drinks we should have. Furthermore, when we went to the beach clubs, we were immediately connected to the main road, again thanks to the location. The rooms were a great size; they could have been a little cleaner, but we didn't mind. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel staff and manager were friendly. We would choose them again.

Everyone mentioned the friendly welcome, but when we arrived, the ladies cooking in the kitchen took us to our room, and no information was provided. I specifically mention that no information was provided because, for example, the Çeşme municipality cuts off the water between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, and we learned this when we tried to take a shower and there was no water. I think we missed mentioning it when we went down to ask, but no one actually said anything. We stayed two nights, and the only advantage was that it was within walking distance of Alaçatı Market. There were much closer hotels. Yes, it's a boutique hotel, and we only got breakfast, but it shouldn't have been too difficult to put a bottle of water in the minibar. We stayed in room 4, and the wifi never worked, the room floors were dirty; the shower door was broken, the shampoo dispenser was broken, and the grout was dirty. Towels weren't changed, and the breakfast wasn't as pictured. Overall, I can't say we were satisfied.
