Great breakfast and dinner buffet (it's pretty easy to get food poisoning in Bulgaria so eating in Rila is always a pleasure). Great spa. Good rooms (daily cleaned to perfection). Perfect location. High sense of security. In general, they are professionals and worth the money you spend there.
We had a great experience at Hotel Rila. The hotel was clean, had a premium feel, and the service was excellent. Our room had a beautiful mountain view, which made the stay even more special. We were there for a business weekend and used the conference rooms and the on-site bars — everything was spacious, well-organized, and very convenient. The buffet offered a good variety and quality of food. One thing worth highlighting is the parking — the lot is huge, and even the spaces farthest from the entrance are still just a short walk to the hotel. Overall, a very well-run hotel with great amenities. Highly recommend!
The breakfast is very poor - you can see that the hotel manager is doing their best to save money. Staff provide contradictory information. For example, at the reception we were told that the kids’ club was for free, while the lady in the club told us that after a certain time we would need to pay.
