Great place for kids and for people whom love the sun and water! Rooms are extremely nice and big and clean with all expected amities from a 5 stars hotel..staff is great and helpful and its only 18 minutes to FEZ old town. Food is also good and reception staff were very kind and helpful.. i am definitely staying here again..
The pools weren’t clean. Many dead flies and insects that weren’t filtered from the water. The slides and facilities are getting old (wear and tear) and not well maintained. No instructor at the slides to show how to slide. Better if there were family packages like a special rate for a couple + a kid or 2 etc. The restaurant menu food/drinks/water are expensive. The main big slide was closed.
Disgusting water park, smells like horse poop, expensive, dirty, I would pay to get out
