Rimal Aljazirah Hotel

I used to stay in this hotel occasionally the room cleanness is really nice very clean however the only issue that I experienced in this hotel is they don’t have room service for breakfast which is really main issue for me they should think about it change their mind cause it will be a main reason for someone not to come back again please charge additional payment and resume your breakfast in the room if someone request you to do so.

Hotel name is ocean park hotel. I dont understand why it shows here a diffrent name at even same location It was Just dirty , We arrived , i booked it from booking to pay cash on arrival , once i paid i didnot get back the rest of money , it is ok . When we entered our room we saw dirty every where , sofa , floor , kitchen , broken walls but we were really tired to move somewhere els , then was no service at all ,we discovered that was no towels, and when I went to ask for towels from room service , the man gave me a small towels which they use for floor in toilet , ( you can see them in photos ) , I told him I need towels to use not for floor , he found only dirty big one and 2 small for 4 persons .at this moment I decided to cancel my reservation. I had to ask every thing by myself from room service and always nothing available. No coffee , no sugar, no cups , swimming pool was dirty at roof. I contacted booking customer service to cancel my booking after an hour , they inform me according to hotel policy it is possible to cancel reservation untill 6.00 p.m for free. They tried to call them and sent them email but was no answer at all . The cancelation was made by booking customer service and adviced me to go to recipient to refund payment in cash as i paid in cash . At recipient was only Indian workers , speak broken arabic , broken english , they were really unpolite , rude and they refused to refund the payment , now iam waiting for refunding from booking web site after 30 days.

Don't spend a weekend here! Dirty and smelly rooms and really dirty furnitures and carpets. The breakfast buffet, without coffee, wasn't good at all. The only good thing was the nice clean pool.
