We've been for a weekend stay, bought the Roman package, which included one entrance in spa area but we weren't informed that means just one entrance not a full day entrance, and we almost lost the possibility to use it, since we went there to use toilets. And when we realised the key doesn't work anymore we asked the ladies on the reception and they weren't very pleasant about it. And when we told them no one told us what the "one entrance" means, then they gave us like one more entrance, so we can stay there for a little bit longer. And the service is not very warm there. They should work on it. No smiles, nothing really, like they don't wanna work. Toilet are wonderful in the rooms, but the rooms are outdated. The beds are comfy and also it's very warm in the rooms. Nice pillows. However, in the room we had issues with a lot of bugs. Once we called the reception, they said there are no roommades to come (since it wad evening) and help us and we have to clean it and kill them ourselves.
Hotel outdated. We paid for the night with wellness, they charge extra for towels, lemonade and tea at the wellness. I went for an aroma massage, which is 65 euros in their price list, they charged me 81 euros at the reception at check out. The lunch buffet is below average. Taking money for things that should be included in the price. Waste of money.
Water 0.5 liters cost 5 euros and waiter refuses to give you fresh tap mountain water but they scam you into buying 0.5 liter bottle during dinner.
