My review is applicable on pool service and it was exquisite. We are living nearby and like to come for a day of relaxing. On Fridays after 21h they prepare so called Aquagliding (or something similar 🙂) where they lay you on the airmatress and cover you with blankets so you don't get cold. Then they perform with Gongs and other different sounds to relax you. Girl doing the sounds and helping with laying you down on the mattress was really helpful and nice. It really was a pristine experience of summer night, fires set by the pool and relaxing music.

The stay at the hotel was undoubtedly pleasant, but we were left with mixed impressions. The staff - friendly, responsive and professional, but the peace in the restaurant was missing. The food was nothing impressive. The prices of drinks in the restaurant are high for this rank. 5 euros for a beer, while in the store it is 1 euro, 100 g. of some wine 5 euros - NO ! We expected a higher standard of the room - a refrigerator with a non-opening door, non-adjustable air conditioning? *** Otherwise, wonderful location and nature, we made the most of traveling to other destinations and relaxing at the end of the day. The pool and saunas were excellent, very relaxing. On the upper floor, there are four jacuzzis (they weren’t warm enough for me). The thing that bothered me the most was the women’s restroom (at the pool entrance), which was horrible. There was a strong smell of urine, and the floor was completely wet, which is totally inappropriate for a spa. Overall, it was a great experience except for that messy restroom.
