One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Their breakfast is fantastic. So many quality options. Sauna and pool are nice

Edit: My last stay was significantly better. The bar seemed to have more staff, the restaurant had great food and I got to experience the sauna. Very good experience overall. The AC is still a big issue. I was staying with a large group and everyone complained about the rooms being way to warm. You have to sleep with your balcony door open but the river is quite loud as are the 6:30am church bells. The staff informed me that the AC is off during the colder months. Which would be understandable if the rooms didn't get uncomfortably warm at night. Massages were still all booked when we inquired a few days into our 10 day stay. The gym is very small. Previous review: This is my second time staying here. Bar service is incredibly slow and the bartenders are terribly inexperienced. They say they have AC, but never has it seemed to work for me or any of my fellow traveler. Sauna closes at 8:30, massages aren't offered after 4pm and if they are, they are booked up already. Breakfast is amazing and so is the view. The cleaning staff is great and always does a wonderful job. For the price, I expected a LOT more. Very disappointing.
