Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa

Beautiful venue for a wedding, the staff here were so accommodating the whole time. The food throughout the day was amazing, the grounds and building are beautiful. The rooms were beautiful and the beds comfy. What a great place to get married I would highly recommend this place.

- Set in beautiful grounds. Quiet location. - The staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was simple and easy to do. - Disappointed with the rooms and property as a whole. The rooms are tired and need some attention. For example, there was wallpaper missing on parts of the wall. - We had a small bath but no shower. - In the bath, there were 2x 35ml bottles which were one body/hair wash and one conditioner. For a spa hotel, these details are important and could so easily be rectified. - Our room was changed to an alternative one and we received a complimentary bottle of wine. We appreciated this gesture. However, the room we did go into was not as nice as the one we had booked.

Not as posh as it could be and showing some signs of distress, but it served its purpose for a room for the night. The Coachhouse restaurant is nice though with really nicely presented food served. Not a huge selection on the menu to choose from but what there is tastes as good as it looks. Waiting staff are knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel right at home. Breakfast is okay I suppose nothing as special as the evening meals and I’d like to have a coffee pot on the table rather just a cup full.
