Rinn Rise

We stayed at Rinn Rice from July 28 to July 31, 2025. This is our second year in a row. This is a great place for a family vacation! Nice rooms, delicious food. There are plenty of activities (we played water polo, volleyball, karaoke and dancing in the evenings). The pools are my compliments! I never cease to be amazed at their size and cleanliness! A huge adult pool and a large children's pool, where there is enough space for everyone! Thanks to all the staff, the bartender and the animators for their daily work! We will definitely come again next year!

Just got back from the hotel and would like to leave a truthful review. In general, for people who have been to the Grand Hotel Anapa, Beton Brut, Gorod Mira, this place will definitely not be to their liking! Pros: -Big great pool. In the heat, I even had to ask the children's pool to turn off the heating. -Large territory. -The rooms are basically normal. Cons: -You can't even call it a buffet, regular home-cooked food with only a couple of types (side dishes are only buckwheat, bulgur and fried potatoes) Fried hearts and chicken. The sausage is not tasty, the cheese is not either, they only gave them for dinner and then in small quantities. There was no fish at all. Everything flies apart, while you collect it for the children and take it to them, you go for food and everything is empty, and no one even refills it. I can't say that it is really tasty, like in a cheap canteen. There is nothing to give the children, they practically did not eat. Of the fruits, there were strange little pears and apples. No one even took them. I wanted some basic hot mashed potatoes and a cutlet. Of the drinks, there was only beer and wine for lunch and dinner. And then there were constant breaks, you can't go in without outerwear, although everything is located next to the pool. It was as if you specifically need to buy beer there, and not on the street, so that fewer people would come. The girl pouring beer and seeing the line for it freaked out and said, close the door, can I leave? The beer was still foaming, half a glass of foam, half a beer. In general, one disappointment. Ice cream for 150, chips 150, small cola 150. We had to buy everything, since the children were hungry. When my head started to hurt towards the evening, and I didn't drink alcohol at all, I asked for a painkiller at the reception and was refused. I walked around in agony until one of the visitors brought it. The handles in the rooms are broken, they don't close. The flush tank is broken too. The animation is not clear. They put out some foam, played water polo and that's it. Overall, we were very disappointed. We will not return here. Although the price is cheaper than in more expensive hotels and everything is included, but considering that we bought everything in addition, it is better to go to a more expensive hotel. I do not recommend!!!

Hello everyone. Horrible hotel. The food sucks. No choice. The early bird gets to eat (words from the owner himself who runs the kitchen. With a beard). The rooms are ok. The pool is the only plus. Overall, I don't recommend it. We won't come back ourselves. Beer only during meals. No snacks.
