Azure has always felt like “home” to me in Metro Manila. Long before I lived there, my friends and I often stayed for quick getaways, and every booking was smooth. Becoming a resident made everything even easier. Trash rooms are conveniently located on every floor near the elevators, and amenities like the gym and pools are free to use. The staff, from concierge to guards and help desk are consistently kind and helpful, creating a secure, welcoming atmosphere. Special occasions like anniversaries, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve are celebrated with vibrant, community-wide events that truly make you feel grateful to be part of it. The place is generally pest-free, but regular pest control is easily available for a small fee via GCash or cash. You can also email management for deep cleaning services. Packages are safely handled even when you’re not home, they’re kept at the lobby or in your designated mailbox near the parking area. The pool and premises are cleaned daily, keeping everything fresh and safe. It’s the most lively yet peaceful condo I’ve stayed in, with everything you need within the property (convenience stores, laundry shops, restaurants, water station, plus SM Bicutan, public transport, and the airport) are all close by. All units come with balconies (except the penthouse), and compared to other Metro Manila condos priced between ₱5M–₱10M for 1–2BR units, Azure offers unmatched value with its resort-style living and community spirit.

I stayed for 3 nights during my trip to Manila, It was a smooth check in & out, the view was great and the staff was helpful. It was clean when we got in, except that the stove was not working. It’s just next to a SM mall in the area and lots of convenient store. Except it’s quite far from city center.

Amazing place since it's closer to the airport. We spent 3 days in a unit that we rented, the staff are hospitable and the place is very secure. Their pool is huge and there's also a man made beach which kids can enjoy. My only comment is that there are a lot of cockroaches in the unit. We even cleaned and disinfected all the utensils. I hope the management looks into this. Overall, still a nice place to stay whenever you're in manila.
