It's comfortable, but the facility and service is definitely not as good as a 4 star hotel should be.

Different kind of internet scam here — they promise free internet when you book, and for the most part in room 415 we got NO internet. This is 2025 people, the world has technology available to give each room internet! Duh. Constantly on and off. If you don’t want the internet during your stay, all’s well. But I’m one of those rare (!?!?) people who need internet when I travel. So my contract with them was violated by them! The hotel is not cheap by Paraguay standards, it’s expensive, average around $100 or more per night. Crazy that a non-value hotel does not have reliable internet. Rooms are nice enough, everything fairly clean. Shower— we waited about 7 minutes for the hot water to arrive and then intermittent. Staff was fairly nice but does not pay attention to what you are saying at check in or check out e.g. I said slowly “I used one bottle of water from my mini bar” response in good English was “did you use the mini bar?” leaving the impression that you are speaking with a bot or an inattentive person. I was like, I am your human customer, please listen to what I just said. Weird. Also, these last few months we’ve stayed at dozens of hotels at half the price of this one, ALL of those have provided free bottles of water, but not here! Pay for everything! And not cheap! Breakfast was okay. Location very good. Would skip this place next time due to internet unreliability and unavailability.

The hotel is NOT a 4 star as claimed in my opinion and by experience of European standards. While the hotel looks nice on a surface and clean, it does not offer 4 star service. Kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee was available. They also charge for drinking water! No iron facilities. The price is not cheap by Paraguayan standards, and the service falls below expectations. Reception staff could have been trained better, especially when this hotel is on the list for tourist attractions for Iguazu Falls. None had skills in English, so for European friends, do learn some basic Spanish. We struggled even with translation apps. Restaurant and bar / roof terrace stuff were lovely and very hard-working people, but appeared understuffed, so service is slower than expected. Facilities were not available at the times stated. The area around felt very unsafe (felt safe in the hotel, though). Some 'hiccups' with communication, other minor things. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food OK. A bizarre experience all together... I'm not sure I will be back unless I absolutely have to. Visited solely for Iguazu Falls Tours. I'm not sure why this place came up as an option for Iguazu as it is quite a trek across the border, and the Paraguayan side is not strong on tourism at all! I did enjoy Iguazu Falls, though!
