You may choose this hotel due to its proximity (and the free shuttle service) to the Viracopos airport, and you don't have a car. That's what we thought when we booked it. The hotel, however, is 16 miles from the airport, the shuttle service is a joke (it's a 4 passenger car that gets booked fast), Uber won't go there because of the double road toll they have to pay, and taxis start at 100R. There's one restaurant in the hotel with limited hours, so time your arrival wisely for there's nothing nearby. Make sure you get charged according to what you booked, we got overcharged. Delayed check-in, and unfriendly supervisor unwilling to help. Seriously - if you are reading this, book elsewhere.
