Rio Quente Resorts Hotel Luupi

I really enjoyed the rooms in particular because they were pretty comfortable and accessible and had a beautiful view. The hotel also provided a handful of fun activities. The food was okay, and the special items were expensive, but besides that it was pretty enjoyable. Jefferson attended us.

Beautiful in a the “Cerrado” way of Goias, there is the resort, including water park, hot thermal water pools and relaxing atmosphere with great food and service. I have observations as great works do their tasks in a nice and pleasant manner, so one I should thank is Rodrigo Moreira, for his outstanding work and nice manners. Reception also is nice and friendly!!

As I understand it, they just opened after a longer period of being closed due to the COVID situation. The staff were friendly and helpful, but a bit disorganized. They repeatedly failed to give us important information e.g. about the need to book breakfast seating in advance, and the practicalities of lunch at the Hot Park, which we booked at the hotel. On the night of arrival, we waited more than an hour for some fries, which was less than optimal when dealing with starving children. They should also have had parking assistants working, because when we arrived, a pick-up truck had blocked half of the hotel parking lot, so we had to park in a garage in a different hotel. This should have been avoided. The hotel in general was not very clean, and needs a bit of maintenance. But the rooms were nice and clean enough. Also, breakfast was better than average for a Brazilian tourist hotel. The swimming pool bar is nice, but crowded. It is a plus that they have a life guard on watch in the opening hours of the pool area.
