Rio Serrano Hotel Spa

We loved everything about our recent stay at Rio Serrano. Our room had a magnificent view, the ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed the amenities including the saunas, pool, and gym. We were very happy with the selection at breakfast and the overall menus at both restaurants. And the staff were wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Felipe who lit the fireplace every night for us and Victor at breakfast who was always happy and smiling prior to 6am. I wish I had remembered other staff names to give a special thanks as everyone was wonderful.

This place was beautiful! We came here for vacation for 4 nights. Locations is very close to the park. Views from the hotel are amazing. Staff were very nice and helpful. They have a center to help with excursions. Drinks are very good. Food can be improved a little bit overall okay.

In our opinion, a good hotel, but completely overpriced. We wouldn't book it again, unless it was half the price. €1,800 for five nights is outrageous. The good location, the really good staff, and the outstanding service deserve praise. But the rooms are small, don't have a TV, are outdated, and the shower doesn't get very hot. If you're charging that much money, everything should be just right, even in such a remote location.
