Rioca Munich Posto 3

We stayed 8 nights at Rioca 3 and have to say it was a good experience overall. The hotel is well designed with a Brazilian theme that is followed through with little touches here and there. Many employees at reception are also Brazilian. The first two nights, there was an issue with the AC in our room and we got the full Brazilian experience, having to sleep with windows open wide. Thanks to Cassano at reception, our room was changed to a better one and he also fixed our safe which was initially not working. We are grateful for his prompt decisions and proactivity. The hotel has a lot to offer, a café restaurant, a great roof terrace, a co-working space, a laundry room and a small gym that I used twice. The area of the hotel felt very peaceful and there were 2 supermarkets nearby. The S-Bahn is 5 minutes away by foot and leads you to the ’Haupbanhof’, the main train station, which is ultra convenient. We tried the breakfast one morning. It was with a small buffet and we loved the variety of options, including some Brazilian specialities, meat and cakes… There was a good atmosphere in this hotel and everyone was friendly. We recommend it.

Excellent stay at Rioca Munich Posto 3! Modern, comfortable hotel with great amenities and location. Special shoutout to Rafaela at the front desk - she was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable about Munich, and went above and beyond. Her warm, professional service really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel and the outstanding team. Will definitely be back!

Here is my honest assessment. Room cleaning could be better. Floor was still sticky after clean and dirty. Also fire alarm went off twice at 7am. Please educate the chef, or get another chef, not to activate alarm and wake hotel up. The very short girl was also rude on a few occasions. She needs tourism education or swoping for another worker who knows politeness to guests. Otherwise a great hotel. Good location. Facilities were excellent there. Gym very useful and lovely roof terrace.
