I stayed in this hotel for nearly a week and it was all together a very different experience. Because of Milano salone , the hotels in the city were over expensive , so I ended up booking this one and I am glad I did . As it’s not like every other hotel . It’s a hotel with a spicy twist . Rooms and bathroom were quite big size , ultra clean and the house keeping was outstanding. Beautiful white sheets with lots of beautiful clean white towels . I have stayed in lots of expensive hotels but this hotel House keeping was exceptional, plus the staff here is very polite , professional and eager to help . After a long time I experienced a high standard customer service from any hotel . Leonardo & Recardo , both guys at reception were very very helpful and went extra mile to help you with your query . Breakfast was sufficient , good fulfilling food , not extravagant but at the same time not less aswell . Only limitation was , it was little away from city centre but this was compensated by Free shuttle bus services throughout the day to all important places near to city centre . All together it was great fun , will definitely book it again . No doubt .

Hotel was better than I expected. Reception helped me a lot. Bar and restaurant was good but they have only shots. Room service good enough I could come back to fresh room after whole day. The one problem is location. You have 2 km from hotel to train station but there is bus line so you have to plan everything if you want to drive with the last train and bus. BE CAREFUL in the neighbourhood after 22:00 because people there warn us about thief’s

Although a bit dated, the hotel offered a lot. Grocery store, pharmacy, gym, doctor's office etc. It functions as a little city which is understandable considering the size of it. The hotel also provides a free shuttle transfer to the city center which is very well needed considering the location which was really the only considerable negative aspect. Staff is super nice, we had problems with our lock and Guiseppe helped us a lot, our stay wouldn't be as good without him.
