It was very nice! The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The room was also really modern! The location is central! They also put juice, water and coffee every day included in the booking price!
*** ALMOST A SCAM: ***AVOID NOT AN APARTMENT!! *** Whomever answers the phone does NOT help with details like directions, codes, or how to get into this place. They advertise that it's an apartment, but it turns out to be JUST A ROOM IN SOME 1-STAR or 2-STAR place. HORRIBLE SERVICE: You're NOT JUST A CLICK OR CALL AWAY is a generous assessment. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY, LIED TO BOOKING.COM, and said we were a NO SHOW when we communicated we needed help the jerk on the phone from this dump hung up on us. He doesn't speak ENGLISH, and I'm not sure he speaks Italian. I had to open a case on this place (still pending) to get my $367 back. This isn't centrally located. WHEREVER OUR "FREE TAXI" WAS that wasn't true either *** THIS IS A SCAM ***
The only reason why I picked this place was because it looked so cute online, but that is NOT the way it looks in person. When you come in inside the building its so dirty and poorly maintained. The bedroom walls were so dirty. Bathroom had mold. AC barely worked I was so hot at night I couldn’t sleep.The worst part I lost electricity in the morning while I was taking a shower and there was NO one in the office area to assist. I informed Diana the lady from front desk about it via WhatsApp and she didn’t even have the courtesy to respond until I asked her 7 hours later if the power was fixed. The concept of the place its like a big apartment and they rent the rooms which means every time someone comes in not matter the time you hear them. You hear every little noise. They said I will have city view my view was a wall of a building under construction, that I could barely see the city. The only good thing about this place is the location is walking distance to everything. Service wise the only thing i liked was that they arranged my taxi pick up and drop off for me. But it was pricey $60 dollars every time. I would say I wouldn’t pick this place again if I wanted to visit Rome again, not a good experience.
