A hidden gem in the mountains. This resort is a breathtaking retreat surrounded by nature. The view of the mountains from our room was unforgettable. Service was warm and thoughtful,the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The Tibetan inspired design mixed with modern luxury felt both authentic and indulgent. One big plus: the food in their restaurants was fantastic! The local style hotpot was a highlight perfect after a chilly day out. We also loved the cultural activities arranged by the resort, from Tibetan music to caligraphy workshop. A peaceful, enriching escape that we’ll always remember.
I and my friends were there for tea time and dinner. It was such an amazing experience where we enjoyed the view and the excellent service that Ms Zoe Li 李汶忆 provided. She was very attentive, looking into details of personality. We felt warmth and care. I will come back again if I get the chance. Zoe,加油!继续用心的去做每一件事情！
The hospitality of RC Reserve is just incredible. Butler took care of everything. One of the most beautiful place in China and I'm looking forward to be back.
