A thoughtfully renovated gem! Beautifully decorated, the renovation of the entire building was clearly done with great care and attention to detail. The service is truly exceptional. They even provide curated books filled with recommendations and pre-planned driving routes so you can fully enjoy the area, which is absolutely amazing💯. We only had time to visit the "Grutas de Minas de Aire" (some photos below) and let me tell you, no photo can do it justice. It’s something you simply have to experience in person. We also paid a quick visit to Fátima and some "miradouros". We actually found ourselves in the hotel parking lot already planning our return visit. There’s so much more we want to explore nearby. Plus, we bought at the hotel the best olive oil we’ve ever tasted (and we’ve tried a lot of olive oils!), it's produced locally in the region. That alone is reason enough to come back. Next time, we’ll be stocking up!😁

I made a reservation through Expedia. Everything was correct. I was there at 7:00 PM but Nobody was. And door’s closed. I made a phone call, and they asked me to cancel. So I did. But refund was not receiving. Consumer team of Expedia did whole efforts, but they did nothing.
