Rittis Alpin Chalets Dachstein

This was our 4th stay at Rittis Alpin Chalets and we are going to go back. The chalet itself breathes relaxation and comfort. It is our yearly retreat from a stressful and busy jobs. A getaway. If you want to treat yourself to a lovely winter or summer stay, this might be the place.

The Rittis exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a fantastic stay there during the summer. The chalet itself is beautiful with wood interiors, clean and spacious. It has a gorgeous view of the mountains and a back door to step out if you wanted to get some fresh air. The summer card was included with our stay so we got to use a lot of the nearby lifts for free. We did the Dachstein, Rittisberg and Planai ones for free which we thought was amazing. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We usually don't have much variety in other hotels as vegetarians but there was a really good selection for us to enjoy at the Rittis. We especially enjoyed the eggs they would prepare for us as per our preference every morning. Our little one would enjoy playing with the toys they had to keep her entertained during breakfast. The best part of the Rittis though is their absolutely wonderful staff. All of them were so warm and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay extremely memorable. The only thing that would've made our stay even better was if they had a restaurant which had a dinner service. This would've been the icing on the cake. However, I must say that the staff were very helpful and gave us a list of nearby restaurants with vegetarian options to try out. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Rittis and would definitely visit again.

A very nice place in the Austrian mountains. The Appartement we had (by upgrade because of a construction site near the other rooms) offered kitchen, Sauna, big living room and garden with beds and a table. I'll definitely come back to one of those rooms and hope to find snow for some winter activity.
