The staff here are very helpful. We stayed 3 nights (not in succession) so a couple different rooms - both rooms we stayed were big family suites with plenty of room. The first room had a very strong cleaning smell, we had to open all the windows (thankfully they do open) to air it out. The second room did not have that smell. The breakfast has a lot of options and was more than adequate. There is both coin operated laundry and laundry service available- we utilized both and both were great.
Great hotel. Stay here! Kind people and good breakfast. Has to be one of the best hotels in the area without going 5 star.
I got absolutely no idea how this hotel got 5 stars. The room was nice and clear but when we requested few things for breakfast due special diet we were completely ignored even though we were told that we gonna get vegan breakfast. Also the bathroom is quite small and there is no enough space to hang towels. There is no place to hang coat or leave shoes in the room as well. Bed was big and fine.
