The reception team exhibits an outstanding level of affability and helpfulness, and I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team. Our room featured an elegant and refined ambiance, adorned with tasteful décor and meticulous attention to detail. Furthermore, the inclusive breakfast surpassed expectations in terms of quality. Considering its rating and prime location, the hotel offers excellent value for its price.

All steffs are trained well and they can offer you great service. Sky bar at 11th floor has amazing view. The breakfast is also great.
My wife and I stayed here in January 2020. This is a solid option in Mandalay. The staff is helpful and speaks English well. They upgraded our room to one with a great view. The breakfast is pretty good. The rooftop bar area is surprisingly nice for Myanmar. The gym was average though I appreciated the new cycling bike. Overall a solid experience and would stay again if I’m ever in Mandalay.
