Ritzy Boutique Hotel Da Nang

We had a fantastic stay at Ritzy Boutique Hotel Da Nang! The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location was super convenient just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. A big shoutout to Nhi at the front desk she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us amazing local recommendations. Her kindness really made our stay extra special! The service overall was excellent everyone was welcoming and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The spread was diverse, offering a mix of Vietnamese and Western options, with fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order dishes. The quality was consistently high, and the dining area was clean and inviting. Another highlight was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was polite, eager to assist, and quick to address any minor requests, which made the stay feel more welcoming. However, the experience was marred by a few notable issues. The gym, unfortunately, was a letdown. Most of the equipment was dysfunctional—treadmill wouldn’t start, and the weight machines were missing. For a boutique hotel marketing itself as upscale, this was disappointing and inconvenient for guests looking to maintain their fitness routines. The rooms were strictly average. While clean and functional, they lacked the polish or charm expected from a boutique property. The decor felt dated, and the furnishings were basic, with no standout features to make the space feel special. The bed was comfortable enough, but the overall ambiance didn’t live up to the “ritzy” branding. Additionally, the bathroom, while adequate, had minor issues like inconsistent water pressure, which detracted from the experience. Overall, Ritzy Boutique Hotel Da Nang has potential, with its fantastic breakfast and lovely staff being major strengths. However, the dysfunctional gym and lackluster rooms prevent it from standing out in a competitive market. With some upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily elevate the guest experience. I’d consider returning if these issues are addressed, but for now, it’s an average stay at best.

I am disappointed foy my stay, I booked 2 rooms and noted two rooms adjoining, but the hotel divided us in 5 and 12 floor. My room is R503 the light is dark, and there is a cockroach in my room. I saw high review to book this hotel, but maybe only friendly to Korean. The room has no safety box. The room only 1 plug, it is not convenient.
