Riu Latino Adults Only All Inclusive

Couple that spent three days and nights at the resort in late July, 2025. Where do I start? The room was large, cute and clean. Had a balcony. Housekeeping services were so quick to attend to our requests we were in awe. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Everything is spotless. White sand beach. Swim up bars were super fun. Stocked minibar and mini fridge in our room. The food is absolutely delicious. Gift shop allowed cash and card, with the conversions listed at the desk. There’s also a booth to exchange currency. What really made Riu Latino special though was the staff. Incredibly friendly and fun! The photographer Joel took his time making sure my boyfriend and I captured some wonderful memories. Mauricio from ScubaCaribe helped us book a whale shark snorkelling trip that ended up being a massive highlight of our time in Cancun. Nancy, the server, made each breakfast special. Marco from Riufit was such a standout staff member! I can’t praise him enough. We did every class we could with him - from aqua fit to an ab workout to a dance class, truly a wonderful and fun time. His energy and enthusiasm is so contagious. Any workplace would be truly lucky to have a team member with his sparkling personality. Worth checking out are the shows and parties. Also a good idea to download the Riu App to book excursions, make housekeeping requests, look at amenities like the spa and gym as well as to check the restaurant hours and menus. Wonderfully organized and easy to use. Will absolutely be coming back and bringing our friends with us next time :)

The resort was immaculately clean. From the moment you stepped out of the shuttle on arrival the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had a 2 room family suite and it was so spacious and the bathroom showers were beautiful. They had plenty of restaurants and we found the food delicious in every one. If you have a health issue the beach is a walk to get to would have liked a boardwalk to go through sand but overall amazing property!

best resort. The hotel and the rooms are super clean. The staff is incredible especially bartenders and the staff is super friendly. The service is a 10 at the buffet and the bars. The pools are really nice there are 4, 2 bar pools, one to play volleyball , one with the entertainment team that are incredible they keep us entertained and one pool more chill. The water park is okay but not wow. The only negative point is the beach, you have to walk like 5 minutes but other than that the resort is a 10/10. Would definitely recommend for a couple or a group of friends of any age. I’m definitely going back
